Excellent well-equipped apartment with views that will stay with you forever. Really spacious well-equipped apartment, with everything you could need, even beach towels, books and DVDs are available. There are 3 balconies, and we enjoyed breakfast every morning overlooking the harbour. The owners were extremely helpful and answered any questions we had, as it was our first time in Kalkan they went out of their way to make us feel at home. It’s about a 10 minute walk downhill into the start of Kalkan old town, a £3 taxi ride back including a tip at the end of another amazing evening sampling Kalkan restaurants. There are 2 beach clubs in a 10 minute walk, very steep! Both Zest and Palm were really good. My advice is don’t pack any heels! Cobbles and steep hills await you! Definitely flip flop or flats are needed. On site pool was lovely, never busy, great temperature, but there is no shallow end, But there was a noodle and floats available for use , very comfy sun beds Overall a great holiday, would really recommend.

Fantastic apartment with wonderful sea views. Everything was spotlessly clean and the apartment is very well equipped. Lots of space with two bedrooms on two floors, two bathrooms and three balconies. It’s easy to walk down to the pool. We also enjoyed the Palm Beach club for swimming in the sea – which is within walking distance down some steps. Judy and Irfan gave lots of good advice about places to visit in Kalkan and the surrounding area and they quickly responded to any queries. We also enjoyed trips to Patara, Xanthos, Sakklikent Gorge and Kekova island. The rooftop restaurants in Kalkan are excellent for dinner and there seems to be an endless choice of them.

We stayed at No.1 Komurluk Apartment in Kalkan, Turkey. It was an unforgettable holiday. Pre-booked Taxi ride from Dalaman airport was no issue. The apartment is big and spacious. Three balconies facing towards the beautiful view of the sea. Fully functional kitchen, clothes washing. Fridge, ironing, Tv with dvds, many washrooms and a few other bits were very convenient. We were only a few minutes walk away from markets, beach and beach clubs. Also local taxi was a phone call away. We enjoyed the local beach and the beach clubs. There are many daily boat trips you can book easily while walking around town or near harbour. You can also book trips to other nearby places worth seeing. We were out and about everday but it was comforting to come back to the apartment with pool as a plus. All in all we really enjoyed the stay in the apartment and highly recommend with 5 stars.

Spotlessly clean and well equipped apartment which offers great flexibility. As the apartment is arranged over two floors, bedroom and ensuite on the upper and lower floor it gives a great deal of privacy for two couples. The apartment is very large with a modern open plan kitchen, dining room and living space. There are two balconies accessed from the main living area, from the front and side with the side balcony giving a unique level of privacy. All 3 balconies in the apartment afford acceptional views over Kalkan bay and towards the harbour and town. We have travelled to Kalkan on holiday a number of times so know the area reasonably well, Kormuluk is situtated around 10mins walk from the town or a 5min taxi ride. The beach clubs of Palm beach and Zest are short walk away although you will have to navigate some hills/steps. In our opinion Kormuluk is the best location in Kalkan and this apartment is superbly situated. Judy is extremely helpful and can support all aspects of your booking and travel experience. I would highly recommend a stay at No1 you will not be dissapointed.

This was my first time in Kalkan and I fell in love with it . The apartment totally exceeded my expectations .It is split in two which was an absolute luxury for me and my boyfriend and it would be great for two couples . The apartment is extremely comfortable with the most stunning view ever ! It has everything you could possibly need and more ! starting from a fully equipped kitchen ( that even includes a dishwasher ) , two and a half bathrooms, a washing machine and even a gas BBQ on one of the the balconies . The apartment has 3 balconies and all of them face the sea view . There is an air con in every room and the cleaners visit every day. It was such s nice surprise one day when we came back to the apparent and found our bed decorated by with fresh pink flowers 🙂 There is an on site manager who is always there to help if you need anything . There is also a pool that is shared between apartments and it is kept in an immaculate condition . The location of the apartment is just perfect with just a 10 min walk in to the town and the beach . Kalkan itself is the most magical Turkish town with its charming and unspoiled nature; brilliant blue crystal-clear sea, historic architecture, ancient history and warm traditional Turkish hospitality. Bright yellow sun, aqua ale blue sea and pink flowers for the day time, and then seductive neon and candlelights as the sun sets and the nightlife takes over. If you’re looking for a romantic gateway in a perfect location you’ve come to the right place !
