How to book the apartment directly with us
To book directly with us contact me directly via the contact form, on WhatsApp at +44 7764 701475, or by email at contact@kalkansuiteheart.com. Provide your contact details, the number of guests and the dates you wish to stay. I will then confirm availability and we can proceed with the booking process by completing the booking form.
how to book the apartment through tripadvisor
Book through the Tripadvisor website, where you will have the benefit of their payment protection scheme, but have to pay a booking fee of between 8 – 16 % of the rental. Details of how to book the apartment through Tripadvisor can be found in my guide to How to rent the apartment using Tripadvisor.
If you do plan to use this method I recommend that you get in touch separately to let me know. The Tripadvisor system has a few quirks that make it difficult for us to communicate (e.g. we can’t exchange contact details in their messaging system before you commit to making a booking.)
